Sit quietly, close your eyes, and chant 'Om' softly three times. Feel the gentle vibration calm your whole body and mind.

🧘 How to do it

  1. Sit comfortably on the floor or a cushion with legs crossed.
  2. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath.
  3. On your slow exhale, chant 'Oooommm' softly until the breath runs out.
  4. Feel the gentle hum in your chest and head.
  5. Repeat 3 times, then sit quietly for one minute.
  6. Open your eyes slowly with a smile.
