What is this?
Imagine your belly is a balloon. Breathe in to fill it, breathe out to empty it. This simple breathing exercise helps little ones feel calm and happy.
🧘 How to do it
- Sit or lie down comfortably.
- Place one hand on your belly.
- Breathe in slowly through your nose — feel your belly rise like a balloon blowing up.
- Hold for 2 seconds.
- Breathe out slowly through your mouth — feel your belly go down like a balloon deflating.
- Repeat 5 times. Notice how relaxed you feel!
