What is this?

Imagine your belly is a balloon. Breathe in to fill it, breathe out to empty it. This simple breathing exercise helps little ones feel calm and happy.

🧘 How to do it

  1. Sit or lie down comfortably.
  2. Place one hand on your belly.
  3. Breathe in slowly through your nose — feel your belly rise like a balloon blowing up.
  4. Hold for 2 seconds.
  5. Breathe out slowly through your mouth — feel your belly go down like a balloon deflating.
  6. Repeat 5 times. Notice how relaxed you feel!
