What is this?
Lie down like a butterfly resting. A guided relaxation where children scan their body from toes to head, releasing all tension.
🧘 How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with arms by your sides, palms facing up.
- Close your eyes. Take 3 deep breaths.
- Imagine a warm, golden light starting at your toes — relax your toes.
- Move the light up to your legs — relax your legs.
- Move to your belly — take a deep breath here.
- Move to your shoulders — let them drop heavy.
- Finally reach your face — relax your cheeks, jaw and forehead.
- Lie still for 2 minutes. You are a butterfly resting on a flower.
