What is this?

Lie down like a butterfly resting. A guided relaxation where children scan their body from toes to head, releasing all tension.

🧘 How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with arms by your sides, palms facing up.
  2. Close your eyes. Take 3 deep breaths.
  3. Imagine a warm, golden light starting at your toes — relax your toes.
  4. Move the light up to your legs — relax your legs.
  5. Move to your belly — take a deep breath here.
  6. Move to your shoulders — let them drop heavy.
  7. Finally reach your face — relax your cheeks, jaw and forehead.
  8. Lie still for 2 minutes. You are a butterfly resting on a flower.
