Sanskrit

ॐ नमामि धन्वन्तरिम् आदि-देवं सुर-असुरैः वन्दित-पादपद्मम् ।लोके जरा-रुक्-भय-मृत्यु-नाशं धातारम् ईशं विविध-औषधीनाम् ॥

Transliteration

Om Namāmi Dhanvantarim Ādi-Devam Sura-Asuraiḥ Vandita-Pādapadmam |Loke Jarā-Ruk-Bhaya-Mṛtyu-Nāśam Dhātāram Īśaṃ Vividha-Auṣadhīnām ||

Meaning

"I offer my salutations to Lord Dhanvantari, the primeval God, whose lotus feet are worshipped by both the Devas (gods) and Asuras (demons). He is the destroyer of the worldly fears of aging, diseases, and death. He is the sustainer and the Lord of all various medicines."
